Description of Role
The role of the outbound sales consultant is to drive leads towards the business development team within Chipright. The role requires the person to engage, nurture and explore new relationships with our customer base. The role is part of the Marketing Team which is responsible for new lead generation within Chipright.
As part of the working day environment, the outbound sales consultant will utilize their interpersonal skills through phone conversations and follow our strategy of ‘listening, ‘being attentive’ and ‘being curious’ to leverage market intelligence information which will uncover and maximize opportunities inside our market.
To achieve a winning scenario for Chipright, we require the outbound sales consultant to identify the Leads so that we supply the right skill at the right price in the right location at the right time.
Our reputation for delivering senior level engineers that are experts within their technological field at the right time during a customer’s project is what sets us apart from the competition. We compete to win through strategic competitive pricing, quality management, sales and marketing policy implementation which collectively deliver a strong growth pattern in the market.
Chipright policies are at the heart of our decision-making process and the outbound sales consultant is expected to upskill and learn our policies so that they can deliver the level of customer service that our engineering team require.
Requirements
Essential Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales environment or telemarketing
Proven history and demonstrated experience in developing leads
Proven track record of developing leads within a marketplace
Strong interpersonal skills
Efficient communicator both verbally and written
Good Listener
Attentive
Always curious
Ability to negotiate well to develop new business
Good to have Experience
Experience in telemarketing.
Demonstrated experience in generating leads for new business through references and referral.
Good phone etiquette and punctuality
Motivation skills requirement
A positive ‘can-do’ attitude with a hunger and passion in wanting to exceed the customer expectations by providing the right resource right first time
Willing to work as part of a team environment where the collective focus is the desire to want to deliver success to our client projects.
Remuneration
Chipright provide a competitive base salary and benefits package that includes a commission structure for the outbound sales consultant role. The package is geared within the Chipright career ladder scheme which provides a pathway for the development of your career within the company. The commission structure is based upon individual and team performance metrics which is very competitive for our industry.
