NGO RESEARCH & RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT
Location: Chisinau, R. Moldova Desired Appointment Date: As soon as possible
Job type: Full time (40 hours per week, standard working hours)
THE ORGANISATION
European Management Solutions is a full service independent recruitment firm specialized in the International Development Sector with a worldwide approach. We aim at providing customized human resource services for international donors, consultancy companies and global non-for-profit organisations.
THE ROLE
The Research & Recruitment Assistant is needed to join the organisation’s NGO Recruiment Department, who would like to take on the challenge to maintain and further develop the organisation’s position on the worldwide non-for-profit recruitment market.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
I. Market Research (beneficiaries and competitors)
- Research the market (non for profit sector) and identify the potential beneficiaries;
- Collect contact details and obtain other relevant information about the prospects;
- Establish initial contact with qualified prospects, addressing their current recruitment needs and shortly presenting the HR solutions EMS delivers;
- Competitor mapping, research and benchmark;
- Develop good country/company/positions knowledge, including knowledge of competitors and sectors.
II. Recruitment Projects
- Assist conducting the recruitment project throughout the whole cycle;
- Job advertising and social media updates;
- Use multiple streams of data to find potential candidates;
- Contact candidates for updates on the recruitment process;
- Prepare and format the CVs of the selected candidates;
- Manage all the information in a professional database;
- Conduct full background checking / verification of credentials of the qualified applicants.
REQUIREMENTS
- Post-graduate qualification in a field related to human resources, economics, marketing or business administration;
- Ideally but not mandatory, experience in a recruitment environment, business development, market research, project management or B2B;
- Experience of working in an English speaking country, or in an international environment an advantage;
- Demonstrated oral and written professional communication and public speaking skills (English required);
- Very good online research and computer skills;
- Competent in decision-making and problem solving, being able to work alone;
- Highly organized, process oriented and able to work with multiple deadlines;
- Inquisitive and willing to learn.
