HR-Consulting on behalf of its client, is looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of:
HR Management Trainee
Company:
An international company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Administer employee compensation and benefits process within the organization;
• Ensure compliance with company’s regulations as well as local labor laws;
• Implement talent management programs and best practice;
• Administer training programs;
• Provide support in recruitment process;
• Responsible for budgeting and control of the assigned budget
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Compensation & Benefits:
• Experience in recruitment, talent management and performance management (advantage);
• Highly developed communication and persuasion skills;
• Very good planning, organizing & interpersonal skills;
• Romanian & English – fluent;
• Good PC skills (MS Office)
