MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading talent acquisition and recruitment processes, focusing on technical recruitment (IT positions);
Collaboration with development team in terms of relevant job openings;
Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development;
Collaboration with outsource accounting company in terms of HR paperwork;
Planning HR and team activities, such as team-buildings, business-trips, etc.;
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as vacation or sick leaves and resolve issues and problems;
Managing administration activities if required.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in a similar role for at least 6 months;
Fluent English - both written and spoken (you must be able to pass an interview in English as well as perform interviews in English);
Familiarity with IT positions “glossary”, basic understanding of development technologies and programming languages;
Experience in sourcing relevant candidates for the vacancies;
Experience in direct hunting - not required, but preferred;
Experience with modern recruitment tools and sources (ATS systems, LinkedIn and other social media, etc.);
You must be comfortable using G Suite tools
Familiarity with approaches and techniques of recruiting within IT labour market;
Strong organization skills, high level of responsibility and autonomy;
Positive and proactive attitude;
Willingness to learn and grow.
