Front-end developers – remote (full-time/part-time)

We’re expanding our network of skilled front-end developers to work on a variety of projects that span industries and elevate user experiences. READ THIS – IT’S IMPORTANT!
We’re looking for experts in front-end development—whether your strength is React, Angular, Vue, or any other framework that makes front-end magic happen. This is a fully remote opportunity, so you can work from wherever suits you best (home office, café, or somewhere exotic). If needed, we’ll even fly you to the client site in Europe once a month (all on us) to meet the team and collaborate on the project. Most of our projects are fully remote, but some clients prefer monthly team sessions.

REQUIREMENTS
• Communication Skills: Excellent English skills for writing, reading, and speaking, with a quick response time for interviews (usually within 1-2 days). German language skills are a very strong advantage.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in front-end development – we’re after depth, not just dabbling.
• Location Flexibility: Work from anywhere in the world (as long as it has decent Wi-Fi).
• Travel Readiness: Willing to travel to the client site in Europe if needed (travel’s fully covered by us).
• Schedule Flexibility: Available for both part-time and full-time work, depending on client needs.
• Availability: Able to start within 15 days, with a maximum notice period of 2 weeks.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in front-end frameworks or tools are a plus but not required. Think of them as extra brownie points!

PREFERRED SKILLS
We’re looking for a range of skills, but you don’t need to know it all. Instead, we’re seeking front-end experts who bring deep knowledge in their chosen area. Here are a few examples of what could make you a great fit:
• Frameworks: React, Angular, Vue.js, Svelte, Ember.js, and other modern frameworks.
• Languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Experience working with design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, and collaborating closely with designers.
• Testing Tools: Cypress, Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, and other front-end testing libraries.
• Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket.
• Performance Optimisation: Familiarity with performance testing, debugging tools, and techniques to enhance site speed and responsiveness.
