We offer:

Salary from $700 NET + bonuses depending on your performance.
Rotation schedule: 6AM-3PM / 12PM – 9PM / 2PM-11 PM / 10PM-7AM

Responsibilities:

Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Building long-term relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
Become a travel industry expert (within our business operation) with a proactive approach.
Create tailored customer experiences.
Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience (win-win cooperation).
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
Applying multiple sales strategies.
Manage all travel arrangements (tickets, hotels, transfers, car rental, VIP and fast track, Visa support, travel insurance, restaurants, events).
Providing services in 100% accordance with internal SLAs and developed KPI-s.
Formation of a package of documents for a business trip in each location.
Identifying industry trends and suggesting improvements and innovations in travel policy and/or workflow when needed.
Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
Coming up with initiatives, how to improve internal processes, workflow, scripts.

Ideal candidate:

A person with fluent English and Russian knowledge (verbal and written).
Previous experience in the travel industry and/or airline industry as a personal assistant or in customer service (VIP CS and/or VIP sales would definitely be a plus).
Flexible and reliable.
Skillful in planning and organizing.
Always ready to go the extra mile.
