HR KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Managing the HR team (4 members) Support Programme Coordinators and PM’s according to duties. Facilitates the conflicts and finds resolutions.
  • Responsible for the overall strategic direction for organizations with different numbers of employees (HR strategic, OrgChart etc.) Policies, Regulation docs, and Working Process. Creating strong teams. Agile Practice, TeamBuilding, Wellbeing etc.
  • Management of administrative duties according to Internal regulation and Moldavian Law also including Humanitarian Principles regulations, all kinds of contracts, codes, procedures.

  • Elaboration of Job Descriptions and Ads
  • Maintenance of the personnel database according to DataProtection Law, creation of candidates’ reserve.
