The Financial Company Prime Capital - is pleased to announce a vacancy opening for the Human Resources Manager
Main Requirements:
- Experience in the position of HR manager for at least 2-4 years in all business processes related to personnel management: recruitment, hiring, adaptation, motivation, retention, performance evaluation, training and development, team building activities and conflict management, participation in staff planning.
- Experience in keeping HR documentation according to the national labor regulations;
- Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs;
- Operating the HR software for wages calculation;
- Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies and Procedures to insure building of a strong and well-functioning team.
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources/ economics/ organisational psychology or equivalent.
- Specialized training in labor legislation;
- Romanian and Russian advanced level, English will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
