Key areas of responsibility:
•Performance Management & Talent Management;
•Compensation and reward/retention strategies;
•HR & Administration Budget Planning and Monitoring;
•Workforce planning (recruitment, retention, and development);
•Knowledge of legal requirements ensuring regulatory compliance;
•Employee files administration;
•Analyzing and developing solutions to complex issues related to employees;
•Leading positive employees relations strategies;
•Corporate culture development & enhancement;
•Identification of training needs for business units and individual coaching & mentoring needs.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:
•Minimum 3 years of HR experience;
•Computer literacy: Microsoft Packages (Word, Outlook, Power point and Excel (advanced)
•Good Labor Law knowledge;
•Excellent written/verbal communication skills;
•Fluent Romanian, English, Russian;
•Strong interpersonal skills & outstanding relationship building skills;
•Coaching and influencing skills;
•Ability to multi-task and effective time management skills;
•Experience in multinational company would be an advantage;
